Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.


Shipping Update

We have recently received reports of packages, specifically batteries, being lost after delivery. Common causes include:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Correct shipping address, but misdelivery by the FedEx driver.
  • Packages lost at a FedEx warehouse.

Recommendation: If your package was previously lost by FedEx, we highly recommend selecting a local FedEx store for delivery and picking it up in person.
Before selecting this option, please call the FedEx store first to confirm that they accept lithium battery deliveries.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases.
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Note: Please contact us before you arrive to pick up your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping (3–10 business days) on all orders.

  • Use a street addressno P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping is not available to HI, AK, PR, or other U.S. territories.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is picked up by the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Delays

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.

Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines

  • Product must be unused and returned in original SOK packaging.
  • Contact us to get a return authorization number before shipping.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
  • SOK Battery is not responsible for damage/loss during return shipping. Use an insured and trackable method.
  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the product.
  • No refunds for purchases from third-party resellers or partners.

Bank Processing Fee 4% (non-refundable Stripe processing fee)

Why 4% Bank Fee Applies

Stripe, our payment processor, does not refund the original processing fee when a payment is refunded. These fees are charged by payment networks such as Visa and Mastercard. To maintain transparent pricing and cover these third-party costs, we deduct a 4% processing fee on refunds.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

We aim to accept all returns. In the rare case an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we may return it to you. All goods are inspected upon return.
