Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SOK Battery.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods (“Physical Goods”) purchased directly from SOK Battery or through a certified dealer.


What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

If a defect arises under normal use and maintenance, SOK Battery will repair or replace the product or its parts at no charge — excluding round-trip shipping fees incurred during the warranty process.

This warranty is transferable.


What Will We Do to Correct the Issue?

SOK Battery will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit

How Long Is the Warranty Period?

The warranty duration depends on the product model:

A replacement product or part is covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty or 1 year from the replacement/repair date, whichever is longer.


What’s Not Covered by This Warranty?

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Improper installation, use, or maintenance
  • Loose terminal connections, under-sized or reversed cabling, or incorrect series/parallel setups
  • Environmental damage (extreme temperatures, water, fire, etc.)
  • Natural disasters (lightning, flooding, etc.)
  • Collisions or accidents
  • Dirty or corroded terminals
  • Using the product in applications it was not designed for
  • Modifying or tampering with the product
  • Using oversized inverters (3500W or higher) without a surge-limiting device
  • Inadequate storage or storing at a low state-of-charge
  • Theft, loss, or damage during shipping

You are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, handling fees, and gift wrap fees.

SOK Battery is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.


How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact SOK Battery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return the product in its original packaging (if possible), along with any accessories or documentation.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA instructions.
